4. Etsy API and OAuth2.0 Authorization

ListLiftAI integrates with Etsy using Etsy’s official OAuth2.0 API authorization system. You — the Etsy seller — are required to explicitly approve any access to your shop data through Etsy’s secure authorization flow.

No data is accessed without your permission. You may revoke our access at any time via your Etsy account settings. ListLiftAI only requests the minimum scope of data necessary to deliver the tools you choose to use. We do not store Etsy listing content unless explicitly required for a feature and only with your permission.

5. Etsy Compliance

ListLiftAI fully complies with Etsy’s API Terms of Use and Developer Policy. We do not engage in:

• ❌ Scraping public Etsy pages
• ❌ Accessing unauthorized shop data
• ❌ Misusing seller data for third-party purposes

All data access is authorized, transparent, and revocable. This platform is built to support Etsy sellers with trust and integrity. All actions taken by the platform are on behalf of the authenticated user and never exceed the permissions granted through OAuth.
